Clinical medicine graduate education is faced with new challenges when post-graduate education is integrated with resident training. Based on the teaching experience, this paper explores the training scheme of postgraduate education integrated with resident training , and provides the basis for the training of postgraduates with master’s degree in medicine. The purpose, the advantages and disadvantages of the current training mode were analyzed in detail. The sequential training scheme of stage cohesion was put forward, starting from the admission of postgraduates to the clinical departments. It is divided into six relatively independent stages, with specific tasks and assessment indicators, relative quantification and coherence. The former stage is the basis of the latter stage, covering the traditional and innovative teaching mode. Strong practicability and good maneuverability of the sequential training scheme proves it to be suitable for students and tutors at all levels, especially for newly selected master’s tutors to arrange teaching.

Objective To explore the application effect of visual laryngoscope combined with Human Patient Simulator (HPS) in the teaching of airway management for eight-year clinical anesthesia students. Methods 52 students of the eight-year clinical anesthesiology were randomly divided into the traditional group and the visual group, 26 students in each group. The traditional group used traditional laryngoscope combined with intubation model for operation training; while the visual group adopted visual laryngoscope combined with HPS for operation training. After training, they were given an operation test on HPS that teachers set up difficult airway as the real medical template, then test results were statistically analysed. Results In the visual group, the results of tracheal intubation operation, intubation success rate, airway management score, treatment success rate and average score were all better than those of the traditional group (P<0.05).Furthermore, the evaluation of teaching effect on the visual group is significantly higher than that of the traditional group (P<0.05) in enhancing the awareness of airway management and improving intubation ability. Conclusion Compared with traditional method, visual laryngoscope combined with HPS airway management can improve the learning efficiency and is a recommended method for clinical anesthesia teaching.

Methods 16 resident physicians and 24 in-service ducation physicians in vascular ultrasonography department of Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University were selected rom January to December 2018. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. For the xperimental group, the practical teaching combined with theorical teaching was adopted, while the traditional theoretical eaching method were used for the control group. After the course, theoretical examination and questionnaire were taken to valuate the teaching effect. Results The physicians in the experimental group got higher scores of both basic theoretical est and case analysis test than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The esults of the questionnaire showed that the scores of the learning enthusiasm, self-learning ability, communication ability, literature search ability and clinical thinking ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the ontrol group, and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of theorical and ractical teaching can achieve better teaching results, and can be applied to train professional vascular ultrasound monitoring eams for carotid endarterectomy surgery.

The components of critical thinking include attitudes, knowledge and skills. In the early stage of undergraduate education and teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we should deepen the cultivation of thinking attitude, strengthen medical humanities education, and guide students to shape positive, rational, reflective, flexible, open and creative personality and values. In the early and middle stages, we should strengthen the mastery of critical thinking knowledge through independent courses or lectures. In the middle and later stages, we should adopt situational or case-based teaching methods to improve their thinking skills, and reform evaluation methods to flexibly cultivate students’ reasoning and reflection skills.

Mindfulness meditation is an effective intervention strategy that intentionally brings consciousness into the current moment with an open and curious attitude, thus cultivating the quality of mindfulness, improving coping skills and improving mental and physical conditions. Nursing students are frequently under high psychological pressure from academic and clinical practice. They are prone to various emotional problems such as headaches and dizziness, which will have an
adverse effect on their academic and clinical performance. The scientific and effective mindfulness meditation training is different from the traditional psychological skills training, and helps to improve the physical and mental health of the nursing students.
