Before publication: (1) If the author successfully submits the article through the online submission system and requests to withdraw it due to their own reasons, they must provide a written explanation to the editorial department (including the title, author, affiliation, and reason for withdrawal, etc.) and sign the handwritten signature of all authors of the article. Any losses incurred as a result shall be borne by the author themselves; If the author's affiliation applies for withdrawal, it must be stamped with the official seal of the affiliation and accompanied by the handwritten signatures of all authors. (2) If the author withdraws the manuscript twice due to their own reasons, the editorial department will reject the manuscript with their signature within 3 years.

After publication: If there are no scientific errors or errors that affect the results and conclusions of the paper, the printed and electronic versions are the final version of the paper and generally do not undergo correction or retraction. If necessary (as described below), the manuscript can also be corrected or withdrawn.

    (1) Correction: If there are unintentional scientific errors in the article that will not have a significant impact on the results and conclusions of the article, the editorial department will promptly publish the corrected new version of the paper in each database, and commission the database to publish correction notices, detailing the changes made to the original text and indicating the source of the article. The version before the change will also be archived and readers can directly access it, but when citing, the latest version of the article should be cited.

    (2) Retraction: In the following situations, the editorial department will withdraw the published article and issue a withdrawal statement: when there are serious scientific errors in the article that make the results and conclusions unreliable; Once a paper suspected of academic misconduct is verified, the editorial department will immediately initiate the retraction process and blacklist the author.
