1. After the successful submission of manuscripts, the journal will promptly receive, number, send for review, and promptly send an e-mail receipt. After receiving the manuscript, the editorial office will conduct a preliminary review, and will promptly return manuscripts whose disciplines do not match, and whose academic level and writing format do not meet the requirements. Please scan and upload the introduction letter and authorization agreement of the first author's unit (authors please download "Authorization Letter for Authors" from the homepage of the editorial website, and each author must sign the "Authorization Letter for the Use of Exclusive Copyright License"). If you do not receive the receipt after 14 days of successful submission, please send an email to mem@ccmu.edu.cn, or log on to the journal's website http://mem.ccmu.edu.cn to check the "author submission", so as not to miss.
2. After the receipt of the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent to at least two experts for external review, and the manuscript will be reviewed after the external review, and the authors will be notified of the unqualified manuscript in time. After the manuscript passes the review, the editorial department will synthesize the experts' opinions and notify the authors of the specific modification opinions (retreating or returning the manuscript). The authors' revised manuscripts will be uploaded through the Internet, and then reviewed by the editor and finalized by the editorial board before publication is determined.
