Common Submission Questions

    1. How long does the review cycle take after submission?

    Answer: The editorial department usually receives manuscripts on Mondays and Wednesdays (subject to legal holidays and adjustments during winter and summer vacations). After the initial review by the editor, the manuscripts are either stored (given a manuscript number) or rejected. The stored manuscripts are then reviewed by the editorial department director, peer experts (at least 2), and the responsible editor takes into account the comprehensive review opinions to process the manuscripts. This process takes 10-30 days. Please refer to the "Review Center - Review Process" section on the website for details.

     

    2. How long does it take to publish after the review is approved?

    Answer: After the manuscript is reviewed and approved, the author must make revisions according to the suggestions provided by the editorial department. Once the revisions are complete, the manuscript will enter the pending submission status. The editorial department will arrange the manuscript according to the submission time sequence and the needs of the current column. The publication time is generally 6-12 months after submission.

     

    3. How are the review and layout fees charged? Is there any remuneration for the manuscript?

    Answer: The editorial department does not charge a review fee, but a certain layout fee is charged for the manuscript to be published (based on the layout of the article, charged at the standard of "400 yuan/page+100 yuan/color page"); Pay the author a remuneration of 50 yuan per page. Please refer to the "Author Center - Submission Notice" for details.

     

    4. How to open a company introduction letter?

    Answer: The content and format of the unit introduction letter are not fixed. You can download the template from our official website or use the template of the author's unit. If the author's affiliation is different, it can be issued by the first author's affiliation; If there is a change in the first author's affiliation before the article is published, a new affiliation introduction letter must be issued.

     

    5. Can we expedite the publication? Is there a green channel?

    Answer: If there is support for national level research projects, please add a scanned copy of the proof as an attachment when submitting. In principle, priority should be given to processing; For submissions from renowned expert research groups, research papers supported by major national research projects, and other related invitations, please contact the editorial department directly; This magazine does not charge any additional fees for expedited publication through the so-called 'green channel'.

     

    6. Can I issue an employment certificate in advance?

    Answer: For manuscripts that have been accepted by the editorial department but have not been published, an acceptance certificate can be issued, but the author needs to contact your manuscript editor in advance to communicate relevant matters.

     

    7. How to contact the editor responsible for your own manuscript?
