Abstract: Clinical medicine graduate education is faced with new challenges when post-graduate education is integrated with resident training. Based on the teaching experience, this paper explores the training scheme of postgraduate education integrated with resident training , and provides the basis for the training of postgraduates with master’s degree in medicine. The purpose, the advantages and disadvantages of the current training mode were analyzed in detail. The sequential training scheme of stage cohesion was put forward, starting from the admission of postgraduates to the clinical departments. It is divided into six relatively independent stages, with specific tasks and assessment indicators, relative quantification and coherence. The former stage is the basis of the latter stage, covering the traditional and innovative teaching mode. Strong practicability and good maneuverability of the sequential training scheme proves it to be suitable for students and tutors at all levels, especially for newly selected master’s tutors to arrange teaching.
