Electronic technology is based on the principles of electronics, using electronic components to design and manufacture circuits with specific functions, to achieve the goal of solving practical problems. The main characteristics of electronic technology courses include numerous knowledge points, abstract concepts, strong logic and practicality. Learning electronic technology requires a combination of theory and practice. To exercise students' application of theoretical knowledge, the most direct and important way is through practical teaching. It is necessary and important to adjust the content of electronic technology experimental courses, reform teaching methods, and improve assessment methods based on the training objectives of students in different majors. After the implementation of experimental teaching reform, students' operational analysis ability, mastery of theoretical knowledge, experimental literacy, and professional recognition have all been improved to a certain extent, and the effectiveness of experimental teaching has received a positive response.

The comprehensive implementation of ideological and political curriculum education is not only an important measure to carry out moral education and to nurture students, but also a key way to improve the quality of medical personnel training. In order to complete the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Basic Medicine in Capital Medical University takes the laboratory course of pathogenic biology and immunology as the carrier, combines the characteristics of discipline practice, excavates ideological and political education materials, integrates ideological and political curriculum elements in experimental teaching, and implements the teaching concept of knowledge as the base, ability as the priority, and value as the soul. Medical students should be guided to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, strengthen occupational mission and professional identity, enhance professional skills and occupational quality, and stimulate learning enthusiasm and innovation consciousness. Meanwhile, ideological and political education could improve students' cultural literacy and patriotic enthusiasm. The synergistic effect between ideological and political education and professional experimental teaching is the basic guarantee to achieve the goal of all-round education.

Objective To investigate the practical application of "checklist training and point-based management" in standardized surgical residency training. Methods Following the requirements for orthopedic training in the "Accreditation Standards for Standardized Training Bases for Resident Physicians" and the "Content and Standards for Standardized Training of Resident Physicians", orthopedic teachers were organized to develop the "List of Common and Prevalent Diseases in Orthopedics for Resident Physicians Training" and the "List of Core Surgical Operation Techniques in Orthopedics for Resident Physicians Training". Based on the lists, non-orthopedic residents (observation group) underwent orthopedic training, with their progress and scores recorded for assessment upon completion of the training. Traditional training methods were used as the control group. Finally, the teaching outcomes were compared, including theoretical and practical skill assessments and satisfaction surveys regarding the teaching methods. Results The average theoretical score for the observation group of students was (87.3±5.4) points, and the average practical skill score was (78.7±5.3) points. The average theoretical score for the control group was (84.5±6.7) points, and the average practical skill score was (73.8±5.7) points. There was a statistically significant difference in the practical skill scores between the two groups. In terms of teaching satisfaction, the observation group performed better than the control group. The self-evaluation results of the observation group showed (7.9±0.7) points in diagnostic and treatment abilities, (7.7±0.7) points in practical skills, (8.0±0.6) points in learning interest, and an overall evaluation score of (8.1±0.7) points. Conclusion The "checklist training and point-based management" model plays a certain role in improving orthopedic residents' mastery of common orthopedic diseases and basic surgical operation skills.

Objective To explore the application effect of the 3D Slicer software-assisted case-based learning (CBL) teaching in the preoperative assessment teaching for epilepsy specialists. Methods Forty-six epilepsy specialist doctors who underwent advanced training in the neurology department's epilepsy ward of a hospital in Beijing from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group and the 3D Slicer-assisted CBL teaching group. After completing the teaching sessions, the learning outcomes of both groups were assessed through theoretical examinations and the mini clinical evaluation (Mini-CEX) assessment scale. A questionnaire was also used to survey the learners' study interests and satisfaction. Results In the experimental group (3D Slicer-assisted CBL teaching group), the scores in the theoretical examination and Mini-CEX assessment were (84.04±3.56) and (23.87±1.14), respectively, both superior to those in the traditional teaching group of (77.57±4.25) and (21.57±1.38), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The experimental group members also exhibited higher levels of learning interest and satisfaction, compared to the control group. Conclusion The 3D Slicer-assisted CBL teaching model contributes to the mastery of cranial anatomy and preoperative epilepsy localization knowledge, enhancing teaching effectiveness. which is worth further exploration and promotion.

Objective To analyze the relationship between the perception of the medical education environment based on pediatric blended learning and students' autonomy in learning. Methods The clinical medicine students from the First Clinical School of Wuhan University who had completed the blended learning courses in pediatrics were enrolled as participants. The Dundee ready education environment measure (DREEM) scale and the autonomy in learning rating scale for college students were adopted to investigate the perception of the medical education environment and autonomy in learning. Results The perception of the medical education environment among the clinical medicine students was generally positive. The order of score rating among dimensions was as follows: perception of teachers > perception of learning > perception of academic atmosphere > perception of environment > social and self-perception. The scores for self-regulation, learning strategies, content and environment, learning motivation, and overall autonomy in learning were 67.85%, 72.86%, 65.56%, 70.63%, and 68.97%, respectively. The result of the correlation analysis revealed that the scores of the internal dimensions of both the DREEM scale and the Autonomy in Learning Rating Scale for college students were significantly positively correlated with their own total scores (P<0.05). Moreover, there were significant positive correlations observed among the scores of different dimensions within each scale (P<0.05). Additionally, the scores of each dimension and the total score of the Autonomy in Learning Rating Scale for college students were significantly positively correlated with the scores of different dimensions and the total score of the DREEM scale (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical medicine students who experienced pediatric blended learning had a generally positive perception of the medical education environment, and their autonomy in learning was good and closely related to their perception of the medical education environment. In the implementation of blended learning, continuous optimization of teaching content, improvement of the teaching proficiency of teachers, and proactive enhancement of the medical education environment will help enhance clinical medicine students' satisfaction with the educational environment, as well as their learning interest and autonomy in learning, thus promoting the sustainable development of medical education reforms more effectively.
