Abstract: Differences do exist in teaching philosophy, teaching methods, and teaching conditions of the seven directly affiliated hospitals of Sun Yat-sen University, due to the varying speeds of construction and development of each hospital. To improve teaching quality, this article explores specific practical methods of homogenization management model in pediatric clinical teaching, including establishing uniform teaching standards, setting up faculty training mechanisms, enhancing teaching quality evaluation, and promoting cross-hospital collaboration and resource sharing. Through practical exploration, we hope to better promote the sharing and optimal utilization of teaching resources among hospitals, and enhance the quality and level of pediatric clinical teaching.
