Abstract: A multi-dimensional, multi-level, pluralistic and long-term training system is developed,including clarifying the objective of the training, expanding the training methods, building a comprehensive training faculty team, and establishing a long-term training mechanism, based on the training needs for large-scale precise instruments and equipment and the current situation of training conducted in core facility center of Capital Medical University. The training system will be beneficial for improving the investment and usage efficiency, as well as promoting the effectiveness for open use and talent training of large-scale instruments and equipment.
