Path analysis of the construction of university faculty under the background of "Double First-Class"

Abstract: The construction of "Double First Class" is a major national strategic decision, and of great significance for educational development and core competitiveness. Faculty construction is a particularly critical and important part of the development of the "Double First Class" construction, constantly adjusting and optimizing the structure of the faculty is the key to building a high-level university, but also to improve the quality of education in higher education. This paper analyses the problems existing in the process of construction of university teachers, and puts forward feasible countermeasures in the construction of teacher ethics, teacher training, management services, performance assessment, and management of institutions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of university teachers, and to provide decision-making for the implementation of high-quality "Double First Class" construction in local universities.
