Construction and practice of three-dimensional evaluation system for teachers in medical colleges in Shandong Province

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the talent team in medical colleges and universities in Shandong Province, this study focuses on the construction of the staff from a holistic perspective. Utilizing the Hall model, a three-dimensional evaluation system is established in the dimensions of time, logic, and knowledge. This system aims to systematically evaluate the talent introduction, promotion of professional titles, and assessment during the employment period. The study explores how to set evaluation indicators, improve evaluation processes, and utilize evaluation results in these three key stages. The goal is to construct a more accurate, scientific, and fair medical college teacher evaluation system, in line with the requirements of the "Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era". the university was able to recruit more accurately, evaluate professional titles more scientifically, and assess employment more reasonably, which led to an overall improvement in the talent and teaching staff, effectively promoting the development of disciplines and the level of talent cultivation.
