Exploration of homogeneous management model for clinical teaching quality—taking Sun Yat-sen University as an example

Abstract: Medical education is a cornerstone in the healthcare development, and clinical teaching is both an important way for medical students to acquire clinical skills and experience, and a key link in cultivating medical talents. This article outlines the difficulties and reasons for the homogenization of clinical teaching, and takes Sun Yat-sen University to exemplify the process and effectiveness of practical exploration in building a comprehensive management system for clinical teaching, promoting a full chain management model, and stimulating the faculty's vitality. It aims to establish a scientific and reasonable homogenization guarantee system for clinical teaching quality, and to provide reference for improving the clinical practice ability and training quality of medical students.
