Problem-oriented training of ultrasound residents in primary care institutions

Abstract: The overall goal of training ultrasound residents is to cultivate professionals with good professional ethics, professional competence, patient management skills, communication and cooperation skills, teaching ability, and learning ability, who can independently engage in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of common clinical diseases as ultrasound physicians. Ultrasound residents come from a variety of sources, among which the training needs and goals of residents assigned by primary care institutions have their own characteristics. The purpose of this paper is to explore the targeted training of residents from primary care hospitals, so as to enable them to better play their due roles in the future in primary care positions.
