Abstract: How to integrate values, gather consensus and strengthen employee identification is the difficult and key point in hospital culture construction. The theory of collective memory, with its unique expression and special cultural functions, provides ideas and reference for hospital managers. This paper introduces how to construct the staff’s collective memory in hospital culture from the aspects of theoretical origin, cultural function and realization path of collective memory, so as to expand the height, thickness and breadth of hospital culture.
