Promoting new culture construction of high-quality development in public hospitals

Abstract: The construction of hospital culture is the soft power of hospital development and the internal driving force to promote its sustainable development. Humanistic department construction is an important aspect of hospital culture construction. It is a beneficial measure to implement and deepen the reform of public hospitals and promote the high-quality development of hospitals. It is of great significance to improve the level of humanistic service and doctor-patient relationship. This article discusses the cultural construction of a public hospital in Beijing during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period. The hospital carries out the construction of humanities departments at the hospital and department levels. At the hospital level, hospital formulates and continuously improves the relevant system of humanities department, constantly refines the hospital culture, innovates the medical service model, implements humanized service measures, further improves the medical quality and efficiency, and improves the order and environment of medical treatment. At the department level, the departments use the humanistic spirit brought by the construction of the humanistic department to guide the department to continuously improve medical services, adopt various ways to show the dynamics of humanistic work, promote humanistic concepts, improve the humanistic department system, enhance the humanistic quality and skills of medical staff, strengthen humanistic care for staff, innovate humanistic service measures, and create a harmonious humanistic environment, continuously improve the satisfaction of patients and staff. Through the construction of humanities departments, a "patient-centered" hospital culture has been formed from bottom to top, and both patient satisfaction and employees' sense of gain have continued to improve.
