Abstract: With the high-quality development of public hospitals, medical institutions are increasingly focusing on the management methods of Investigator-Initiated Trials (IIT). Through research and analysis, this paper argues that the high-quality development of public hospitals should put forward higher requirements for the scientific and standardized management system of such projects. This study learns from the experience of investigator-initiated clinical research management mode at home and abroad, and combines the project management status of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University. It is suggested to build a regional and centralized project management system to improve the level of IIT management, enhance the quality of project research, and help the high-quality development of hospitals.
