The main contents included basic information, occupational identity, psychological capital and innovative behavior. General descriptive analysis, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple hierarchical regression and Bootstrap were used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 813 doctors were included. The total score of doctors' professional identity was (48.45±7.24), the total score of psychological capital was (90.43±11.85) and the total score of innovative behavior was (28.53±4.23).
