    Construction of evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political teaching

    Objective To construct the evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political teaching, and to provide theoretical basis for objectively evaluating the quality of curriculum ideological and political teaching and guiding the development of curriculum ideological and political teaching.Methods Fifteen experts were consulted by Delphi method for two rounds, and the final index system was determined according to the consulting results. Excel 2019 and SPSS 26.0 software were used for data processing and analysis, and analytic hierarchy process was applied to determine the weights of indicators at all levels.Results A total of 15 experts were selected and they have been engaged in education-related work for (21.40±11.90) years. The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%, and the authority coefficient was 0.717-0.907, 0.813-0.910. Two rounds of index variation coefficients of various indicators were 0.12-0.39 and 0.07-0.22, and the Kendall 's W coefficient were 0.298 and 0.403 respectively (both P<0.01). The final form of curriculum ideological and political teaching evaluation system includes 4 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators. The evaluation system evaluates the ideological and political teaching from four aspects: organizational management, curriculum management, teacher team, and learning effect and feedback.Conclusion The evaluation system of ideological and political teaching in this study has strong scientificity, reliability and practicability, which can be used to guide and promote the construction and management of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities, so as to make the education field a strong frontline for adhering to the Party's leadership, better improve the quality of teaching and learning, practically promote the innovation and improvement of curriculum ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

    Objective To integrate ideological and political elements into the course of health economics by using problem-based learning (PBL), improve the educational methods of health economics, and explore the direction of future teaching reform.Methods Questionnaire survey and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the respondents' comments and opinions. The subjects were students who had studied health economics in School of Public Health, Sun Yat-sen University in the academic year 2021-2022, and 115 valid questionnaires were collected.Results 95.65% of the respondents were satisfied with the effect of the existing ideological and political content of health economics course, and recognized that it could help professional learning and political thought construction.Conclusion Through the application of PBL, ideological and political elements can be better integrated into the course of health economics. In the future, the faculty can continue to enhance ideological and political education, while exploring online and offline blended teaching modes to further improve the teaching effectiveness of the health economics course.

    Based on the ideological and political requirements of medical professional courses in the Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Curriculum, the article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of combining professional courses with ideological and political education, explores the integration modes of ideological and political elements in graduate medical statistics courses from different dimensions, and provides examples to demonstrate the methods of mutual integration. It proposes a curriculum design path that integrates ideological and political education with academic content as the carrier, promotes the mutual support between professional knowledge and ideological and political requirements, makes professional knowledge and ideological and political courses an organic whole, and ultimately achieves the goal of cultivating morality and cultivating talents in higher education.

    Objective To understand medical students' cognition of curriculum ideological and political connotation and their recognition of curriculum ideological and political identity as well as influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for school-based curriculum ideological and political education.Methods Self-made questionnaire was used online among 602 medical students of Lanzhou University.Results In 593 valid questionnaires, male students accounted for 46.04%; 85.83% of respondents knew what curriculum ideological and political education was, but only 43.00% could distinguish ideological and political course from curriculum ideological and political education. The identification of curriculum ideological and political education was 93.42%. Univariate analysis showed that clinical medicine major, senior grade, male students who think that curriculum ideological and political education is thought-provoking and helpful for professional courses were related to the higher distinguish between ideological and political course and curriculum ideological and political education. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that medical students who can distinguish between ideological and political course and curriculum ideological and political education (OR=3.589, 95%CI: 1.382-9.316), who think curriculum ideological and political education are helpful to professional courses (OR=11.450, 95%CI: 4.920-26.649), and who believe that ideological and political or general education courses have the greatest impact on ideas and concepts (OR=4.080, 95%CI: 1.113-14.963), have higher identification of "curriculum ideological and political education".Conclusion Medical students' recognition of "curriculum ideological and political education" is high but lack of relevant knowledge. Schools should provide them with more comprehensive and effective "curriculum ideological and political education" through a diversified teaching method.

    In order to effectively play the key role of Pharmacognosy as a connecting link in the professional curriculum system, and to strongly support the cultivation of compound innovative talents required by the Healthy China strategy under the background of new medical sciences, the teaching model of Pharmacognosy has been reformed in accordance with the golden course construction standard of "Two Characteristics and One Challenge". By innovating the teaching content, teaching process and teaching design of traditional courses to enable teacher and students to jointly build courses, the main role of students is brought into full play. Meanwhile, by organically integrating the connotation of pharmacognosy culture and the elements of moral education, as well as focusing on the interdisciplinary knowledge integration design to effectively improve the high-level, innovative and challenging degree of this course, we explore gold course online and offline blended teaching model of Pharmacognosy. The implementation of the blended teaching model achieves the established teaching objectives with high quality, and can provide reference for the golden course construction and teaching reform of other pharmaceutical courses, with strong universality and popularization.

    Based on the concept of curriculum resources, this paper analyzes the connotation and development of digital teaching resources, expounds the principles of being relevant, systematic and scientific in constructing medical English digital teaching resources including MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) and Micro-lectures, and puts forward a five-step construction path integrating analysis, design, production, application and optimization. Taking the construction and application of medical English digital teaching resource Medical Terminology Step by Step MOOC by Capital Medical University as an example, this paper explores the role of digital teaching resources in facilitating the online and offline blended teaching modes, enhancing the comprehensive medical English skills of medical students, optimizing their learning styles and improving their learning efficiency. This paper also provides further insights into the joint construction and sharing of national medical English digital teaching resources, hoping that high-quality medical English digital resources can be better applied to promote the growth of national medical talents.

    In the post-epidemic era, online and offline blended teaching has become the main teaching mode in medical schools. Ophthalmology is a course in which theoretical knowledge is closely linked to clinical practice. According to the characteristics of this course, BOPPPS model is introduced into the online and offline blended teaching. The teaching process is divided into three stages: before class, during class and after class. The teaching in the course revolves around six modules: bridge in (B), objective (O), pre-assessment (P1), participatory learning (P2), post-assessment (P3) and summary (S). This blended teaching mode is a comprehensive one, formed after the integration of student-centered and teacher-led teaching modes. Through the integration of online and offline teaching resources and methods, deep learning and individualized learning can be achieved. This paper reviews the status quo of ophthalmology education and the enlightenment brought by online teaching during the epidemic period, and discusses the design and application of ophthalmology curriculum based on the combination of online and offline teaching with BOPPPS mode.

    Objective To study the clinical training and teaching practice of medical students' ability to prevent and control infectious diseases.Methods Taking 392 medical students who participated in the clinical internship training of a tertiary hospital in Nantong from June 2021 to May 2022 as the research objects, the training and teaching content of medical students before June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and medical students were trained in the prevention and control of infectious diseases. The theoretical knowledge and practical ability test of hospital infection prevention and control were carried out for all medical students before and after the training. The highest score, lowest score and average score of the operation ability test of medical students before and after the training were compared, and the satisfaction survey of hospital infection prevention and control ability training was conducted for all medical students participating in the training after the test.Results The highest score, lowest score and mean score of the theoretical test of the pre-training medical students were 32, 11, and 22.3±2.1; and the highest score, lowest score and mean score of the theoretical test of the medical students after practice were 46, 13, and 34.1±2.6, among which the difference between the before and after means was statistically significant (P<0.05). The highest, lowest and mean scores of the skill operation test of pre-training medical students were 26, 6, and 21.6±1.2, and the highest scores, lowest scores, and mean scores of the skill operation test of post-training medical students were 43, 28, and 37.4±1.7, among which the difference between the before and after mean was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Training medical students in the prevention and control of infectious diseases is conducive to improving their ability to prevent and control hospital infections, thereby strengthening their ability to deal with public health emergencies and the prevention and control of infectious diseases, which is more in line with the needs of clinical practice and talent training.

    Objective To solve existing problems of outdated contents, limited cases, insufficient subjects amalgamation, old-fashioned teaching methods and poor learning outcomes by innovative methods in teaching of infectious diseases.Methods In the clinical teaching of infectious diseases, relying on typical cases, we carried out a teaching method of multidisciplinary team and case-based learning, collected feedback, and explored and optimized the teaching process.Results Participants' feedback considered the new method helpful in improving teamwork ability (71.4%), mastering relevant subject knowledge (71.4%), deepening understanding and memory (67.9%) and improving overall competence (64.2%). Teachers believed that learners should be more prepared and more involved in discussions prior to class.Conclusion The multidisciplinary team and case-based learning method can stimulate students' learning interest, deepen knowledge understanding and improve comprehensive ability, but the preparation process requires a lot of time and energy, the application conditions are limited, and the general promotion needs continuous improvement.

    The standardized training course for medical imaging residents is complex in content and limited in training period. The traditional education mode has problems such as long training time, difficulty in mastering basic skills, inability to get real-time feedback, and difficulty in homogenizing teaching quality. Artificial intelligence technology can provide new ideas for medical imaging education, lay a technical foundation for the individualization and interaction of the teaching process, and promote the student-oriented intelligent interactive teaching mode assisted by artificial intelligence. It is of positive significance for the rapid cultivation of high-quality medical imaging residents. Based on the current characteristics of standardized training and teaching of medical imaging residents, the author put forward a preliminary framework of artificial intelligence assisted medical imaging teaching mode, which provides a reference for rapid training of high-quality radiologists.

    Objective To construct sensitive control thinking training system and explore its teaching effects in the practice of emergency resident training base.Methods Forty-eight residential trainees in emergency department rotation in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group, the traditional residential training mode was adopted as the teaching mode; while 110 residential trainees in emergency department rotation from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group. The teaching mode was integrated and reinforced with the theory of sensory control, skills and thinking training and assessment. The teaching effects and satisfaction rates were compared from six dimensions: theory examination, skill examination, observer single-blind survey, multi-dimensional sensitive thinking and executive evaluation, Mini-CEX procedural evaluation, and teaching satisfaction.Results The experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05) in theory test score, skill test score, observer single-blind survey results, multidimensional perceptual thinking and executive ability evaluation, Mini-CEX perceptual process evaluation, teaching satisfaction evaluation and quality safety index.Conclusion In the post-epidemic era, the construction of infection control thinking training system has effectively improved the teaching effect and the students' post competency in teaching practice of emergency resident training base, and can be further promoted.

    Five-star teaching focused on practical problems in teaching program, built an effective learning mode by activating old knowledge, proving new knowledge, application of new knowledge, thorough integration through four links, aiming to stimulate students' exploring spirit, guide them to take initiatives to participate in teaching activities. This paper took the course of Tuina science in standardized training as an example, and attempted the five-star teaching model construction in clinical practice teaching. Through teaching feedback, it is found that the five-star teaching method has achieved satisfactory teaching effect in connecting the theoretical and practical fault lines of Tuina science and solving practical problems in clinical diagnosis and treatment. It can help students build a more complete knowledge system and improve their clinical comprehensive quality.

    Objective To explore the impact of the capitation prepayment system on medical service utilization and medical costs of patients with coronary heart disease, and to provide a reference for decision making to deepen the health insurance payment reform.Methods Descriptive statistics were performed on data related to service utilization of patients with coronary heart disease in the sample regions from 2015-2019, and the changes in patient service utilization and healthcare costs after the implementation of the capitation prepayment reform were analyzed based on the propensity score matching method.Results In the first year of reform implementation, the number of visits per capita in the pilot group was 0.21 less than in the control group (P<0.05), the number of visits per capita at county-level medical institutions was 0.06 less than in the control group (P<0.05), and the cost of visits per capita reduced by CNY 8.50 compared with the control group (P<0.05). The number of hospital visits per capita in the pilot group in the second year of reform implementation was 0.20 less than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the drug cost of hospitalization per capita reduced by CNY 62.56, compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The capitation prepayment system effectively promotes prevention gate-shifting, directs patients with chronic diseases to increase the utilization of primary health care institutions, and effectively controls the rise of medical costs.

    Objective By studying the current situation of medical students' labor education, this paper discusses the practical path to improve their labor quality under the background of ideological and political education, and provides a reference basis for the integration of labor education into the training of medical talents.Methods A total of 187 medical students in our hospital were selected, and the cognition of labor education concept, the strength of labor concept and the development of labor education were investigated by questionnaire and in-depth interview.Results 22.46% thought that labor education was "manual work", 30.48% thought that "labor education was not understood and explained clearly"; 59.36% believed that "they have a labor concept, but their labor subjective initiative is not strong", 4.81% believed that "they lack a labor concept, even are resistant and unwilling to do it at all", and only 35.83% of medical students believed that they "have a labor concept and put it into action"; There is a statistical difference in the strength of the labor education concept of medical students with different educational levels (P≤0.05), and the labor education concept of undergraduate students is stronger than that of junior college students; 90.0% of medical students believed that there was a problem of rigidified education form and education quality to be improved. 84.00% of medical students hoped to achieve the goal of labor education through practical skills training; 74.33% of medical students hope to realize personal labor value from social practice, including voluntary service, work-study, etc; 49.73%% of the medical staff believed that labor education contents such as labor values and labor spirit should be added.Conclusion The labor education for medical students should continue to deepen the teaching reform under the background of ideological and political education, and strengthen the training of medical students' labor quality and comprehensive ability by creating a labor education atmosphere, improving the quality of labor education practice, enriching the carrier of labor education, and reforming teaching methods.

    In response to the construction of an innovative country, the Ministry of Education has launched College Students' Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan Program (SIETPP). This paper summarized the relationship of Innovative Training Plan Program (ITPP) and professional curriculum learning in the major of hearing and speech rehabilitation. It also discussed the effect of ITPP on consolidating and developing technical knowledge and practices, enriching professional curriculum learning pattern. The improvement measures are put forward from university organization management, major top-level design and students in the project progress. The integration of professional curriculum learning and ITPP can give full play to professional advantages. This model provides ideas and references for training of innovative talents majored in medical technology.

    Objective To enhance students' confidence in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Methods Taking the course of TCM diagnostics as an example, 95 students from Class 1 and Class 2 of TCM of 2020 in a university in Shanxi Province were selected as the research objects, and research contents cover the film and television drama module, famous TCM story module, TCM thinking and medical record analysis module, TCM ancient books reading module and TCM diagnostics multi-path practice module. A series of activities were carried out, and questionnaires were conducted before and after the activities for feedback.Results The students' professional recognition rate of TCM was 69.47%, suggesting the necessity to strengthen the self-confidence education of TCM. The students' satisfaction with the series of all sub-module activities is 100%; all participants hold that TCM thinking is essential to improve the cultural self-confidence of TCM. Before and after the activity, the students ' medical record analysis ability and self-confidence were statistically significant.Conclusion The research on enhancing the self-confidence education of TCM by module, thinking and multi-path has enhanced the self-confidence of students in TCM to a certain extent.

This paper introduces certification process of the professional prosthetist and orthotist of ISPO from the aspects of certification preparation, graduation examination, expert evaluation and certification review, etc. At the same time, we clarify the promotion role of international accreditation on specialty construction, and provides experience for relevant domestic colleges or training institutions to carry out professional education and participate in international accreditation for prosthetic and orthotic engineering program.

    This article comprehensively reviews studies on Japan's preservation for Kampo medicine, sorts out the history of Kampo medicine development, thoroughly analyzes the applied preservation, and discusses the promotion measures Japan has implemented for Kampo medicine from seven aspects: ① simplifying the registration and approval process; ②emphasizing the research and development; ③ strengthening the production and quality management; ④ classifying and managing the sales; ⑤ improving the intellectual property protection and management system; ⑥.enacting laws and regulations to ensure institutional education; ⑦actively conducting international cooperation research. This article summarizes successful experience of Japan's efforts, providing useful insights and references for the high-quality development and protection of development achievements in traditional Chinese medicine in China.
