Application strategy of big data of cases of doctor-patient disputes in medical humanistic quality education

Abstract: COVID-19 epidemic has brought challenges as well as opportunities to medical education. Targeted and time-sensitive medical humanities education plays a positive and important role in improving the humanistic literacy and good doctor-patient communication skills of medical students, in reducing conflicts between doctors and patients caused by poor communication, in ensuring medical safety, and in building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. This article discusses optimizing implementation strategy of constructing a medical humanistic quality education system based on big data of cases of doctor-patient disputes, in order to provide reference for medical humanistic quality education reform.
