The health humanistic education in the standardized residents training in hospitals

Abstract: In the context of Healthy China construction, the standardized residents training in hospitals not only focuses on skills training, but also pays attention to the cultivation of humanistic competence in China. Humanistic education in the standardized residents training in hospitals should form a system, with health humanities education and teaching as the core, with integration of health humanities and professional knowledge and skill education as the theme, with health humanities practice education and teaching as the basis and with health humanities assessment and evaluation as the guide. And residents strive to achieve the transforms from the medical humanities to health humanities in concept and practice, and constantly improve their own the professional spirit and medical ethics, such as fear of life, improve health literacy, relieve patients’pain and maintain the masses’health rights and interests.
