Exploration and implementation for inter-disciplinary talents of stomatology under the background of new medicine

Abstract: In the context of new medicine, China is actively advancing the graduate students training model that integrates medicine and engineering. However, challenges such as single training forms and lack of innovation still exist. In order to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents of dentistry, the School of Stomatology, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology responded to the national "Dual Circulation" development strategy, taking the lead in implementing the "Three-Tutor Multi-dimensional Training Model". This article analyzes the necessity, feasibility, specific pattern and effectiveness of this model, aiming to provide practical guidance for the improvement of China's graduate education system.
