Training mode of postgraduates majoring in infectious diseases under the emergency state of major epidemic situation

Abstract: The outbreak of COVID-19 and the normalized epidemic prevention have different effects on postgraduates’ study,  graduation and employment,  resulting in their great anxiety and irritability. This paper analyzes,  summarizes the problems of the difficult management of nosocomial infection prevention and control and the problems of students’ anxiety during this outbreak of COVID-19. Combined with the practice of postgraduate management,  an effective four-level three-dimensional grid linkage training mode is established in order to provide reference for the training of infectious disease professional medical talents and excellent clinical graduates with strong core competitiveness and high comprehensive quality.
