Preliminary exploration on the training and evaluation system of postgraduate cadres in medical colleges—taking Fuwai Hospital Peking Union Medical College as an example

Abstract:

The development of medical students is key to promote China medical and health industry and the Healthy China strategy. Training medical student cadres is essential to promote the overall development of medical students and improve the overall quality of medical team. Based on the characteristics of postgraduate students in Fuwai Hospital, Peking Union Medical College, this article analyzes the current problems in the training of student cadres in medical schools and actively explores the training and assessment system to improve the overall level of student cadres, namely comprehensive selection, classified training, multi-dimensional assessment, powerful rewards and punishments and multi-channel expansion, so as to cultivate medical reserve talents with medical literacy and comprehensive qualities.
