Practice and the tentative ideas for integrating medical humanities into PBL

Abstract: Curriculum ideological and political education is to integrate ideological and political education into various courses, to ensure that all courses and ideological and political theory courses are in the same direction, and to construct the whole curriculum education environment. As an important part of medical education, PBL teaching method contains rich ideological and political elements. Taking medical humanities as the starting point, this paper analyzes and discusses the ideological and political education practice of medical students in the process of PBL teaching in Xi’an Jiaotong University, and puts forward the tentative ideas for normalization of ideological and political education into PBL courses and constructing PBL ideological and political system, so as to improve the effectiveness of education and to provide reference for other courses.
