Exploration on outstanding medical talents training guided by the “Nanshan Spirit” ——Example of Guangzhou Medical University

Abstract

Abstract: Guangzhou Medical University has condensed the “Nanshan Spirit” —the courage to take responsibility of the country, the scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts, the pursuit of outstanding attitude towards life. Based the theory of model behavior learning, we integrate the concept of Nanshan education, inherit the spirit of examples, empower medical education，apply the “Nanshan Spirit” to the reform of training outstanding medical talents, pay attention to cultivating humanistic feelings, innovation ability and practical ability. It provides practical exploration for the training of outstanding medical talents, with certain achievements.
