Abstract:  The contradiction between tight supply and waste of high-quality medical resources in Beijing is prominent at present. As a vital part of doctor-patient trust, the low efficiency of high-quality resource service in medical institutions will have an adverse impact on doctor-patient trust and even on people's health. As a beneficial exploration of tiered medical services in the hospital, the Well-known Expert Team embodies the service concept of “patient-centered” in medical institutions, and then provides positive support for improving the utilization quality and efficiency of health services, along with the doctor-patient relationship. Through qualitative research methods and based on interview data, this paper analyzes the impact of Well-known Expert Team on building doctor-patient trust from the perspective of doctors, and discusses effective ways to improve health service efficiency and establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
