Collaborative education paths between college counselors and professional teachers from the perspective of "three full education" —taking the School of Life Sciences, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example

Abstract: This paper explores and analyzes the path of collaborative education of college counselors and professional teachers, from the "three full education" perspective, through the theory of collaborative education, with the four dimensions of direction synergy, content synergy, mode synergy and evaluation synergy. It takes the ideological and political education practice of School of Life Sciences, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, with a view to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political education, and improve the its educational effect.
