Abstract:

The experimental course of pharmacological toxicology plays a vital role in training clinical pharmacy professionals. However, the traditional teaching model has many deficiencies and urgently needs reform and innovation. Based on the teaching practice of the five-year clinical pharmacy major in our university, this paper systematically explores the innovation of the pharmacological toxicology experimental course from aspects such as teaching content, teaching mode and teaching evaluation. The main reform measures include optimizing the experimental teaching content in an integrated manner to highlight professional characteristics; integrating diversified teaching resources both online and offline, and innovating teaching models and methods; establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system combining formative and summative assessments; and incorporating ideological and political elements into the entire teaching process to strengthen students' professional ethics and sense of responsibility. The innovation practice has achieved remarkable results, with students' experimental skills, comprehensive qualities, and innovative abilities significantly improved and teaching satisfaction greatly enhanced.
