Developing innovative talents in basic medicine major by revising telent training program

Abstract: With the approval of the construction of Beijing “First-class major” in basic medicine in Capital Medical University, new requirements are put forward to enhance the training of basic medical talents, and it is urgent to optimize and adjust the curriculum. This paper, with full investigation and analysis, aligns with the national standard of education quality for basic medicine and the conditions of Capital Medical University, and the curriculum for basic medicine was explored and optimized with the notion of “student-centered”, and the teaching resources has also been optimized and the education model has been reformed, in order to cultivate comprehensive and innovative talents.
