Practice of outpatient-ward integration teaching mode in standardized training of residents in department of otorhinolaryngology-head and neck surgery

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the effect of outpatient-ward integration teaching mode in standardized training of residents in department of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery, so as to improve the teaching level of standardized training of residents. MethodsThe differences between the traditional teaching mode and the outpatient-ward integration teaching mode were compared, and the advantages and teaching experience of the outpatient-ward integration teaching mode were analyzed. ResultsThe outpatient-ward integration teaching mode can effectively promote clinical thinking ability, improve practical ability, cultivate medical humanistic spirit and improve doctor-patient communication ability in standardized training of residents in otorhinolaryngology-head and neck surgery. ConclusionThe outpatient-ward integration teaching mode can help to improve residents comprehensive qualities, speed up their professional training in department of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery.
