Abstract: The standardized training of residents and the standardized training of specialists are different stages of post-graduation medical education. In order to realize the effective connection between them, it is necessary to reform the training level, degree awarding, post qualification, professional title employment, industry identity and other aspects. During the transition period, we should give reasonable policy guidance and financial support, strengthen the management of the training base and establish a standardized assessment system, so as to achieve a smooth transition.
