Application of O2O interactive teaching mode in the standardized training of residents

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore application and effect of O2O interactive teaching mode in the standardized training of residents. Methods36 students in standardized residency training in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, were selected as the experimental group, with 6 to 8 members in each group, and the other 36 former residents served as the control group. The experimental group adopted O2O interactive teaching mode, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. After the teaching, the two groups were compared in theory and clinical practice skills and questionnaire results. ResultsThe experimental group was better than the control group in theory and clinical skills (P<0.05), and the effect evaluation was also better than the control group. ConclusionThe O2O interactive teaching mode can provide more optimized teaching for the standardized training of residents.
