Thoughts and suggestions on the operation management of public hospitals

Abstract

Abstract: With the continuous progress of medical reform, public hospitals are facing new challenges of asking for benefits from management to achieve hospitals connotative development. This article starts with the current status of public hospitals operation and management. Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems, it provides ideas and suggestions for further promoting the operation management of public hospitals. It can provide reference for the transformation of public hospital management, improving the level of hospital management, and achieving scientific and lean management.
