摘要: 医学生职业道德培养是高等医药院校育人的重要任务。目前经济社会发展对医学生职业道德提出了新的要求。通过探讨高校医学生职业道德教育现状和存在的问题,重点阐述了以第二课堂为中心的职业道德模式,从第二课堂形式的多样化、丰富内涵及有机联系、实施效果、现实和社会意义等角度分析了其在提高医学生职业道德中的作用,可为广泛开展“第二课堂模式”提高医学生职业道德培养提供参考依据。

Abstract: Professional ethics training for medical students is an important task in medical colleges and universities. This paper explores the new requirements of the current economic and social development, discusses its present situation and existing problems, expounds on the professional ethics training model for medical students. Our model centers on extracurricular activities of the second classroom and analyzed its functions, practical and social significance from different angles, diverse forms, rich connotations and organic links. The application of this model can provide a reference for professional ethics training of medical students.
