摘要: 德育教育与专业教育同样重要,但在医学生临床实践阶段的专业教育与德育教育少有融合。通过调研和专访分析德育教育的现状,探索临床实践阶段德育教育的对策,特别提出了德育教育与专业教育及社会教育等多角度、多层次融合的教学方式。并通过把握新时代要求和临床实践特点,得出了对医学生全方位育人、全过程育人、全员育人的思考。

Abstract: Moral education and professional education are equally important, but there is little integration of moral education in clinical practice of medical students. This paper analyzes the status quo of moral education through investigation and exclusive interview, explores the countermeasures of moral education in clinical practice, and especially puts forward the multi-angle and multi-level teaching methods integrating moral education, professional education and social education. By grasping the requirements of the new era and the characteristics of clinical practice, the author explores the medical students' all-round education, the whole process education and the whole staff education.
