临床医学硕士研究生学位论文质量分析

Quality analysis of dissertations of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine

摘要: 目的  了解不同类型临床医学硕士研究生学位论文水平,分析论文存在的不足及其可能的产生原因,探讨相应的改进措施,提升研究生教育水平。方法  选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院2020届研究生学位论文269篇,使用统一评分表对学位论文进行盲评,使用SPSS 26软件对评分进行描述统计和比较分析。结果  研究生学位论文总分为83.24±3.69分。专业学位论文总分显著低于学术学位[均数差MD=-5.07, 95%CI (-6.85, -3.29), P<0.001]。全日制统招研究生在基础理论知识和专业理论知识这两方面得分显著高于本硕连读研究生(P<0.001)。内科学与外科学专业学位论文总分无显著性差异(P=0.253),但均低于其他专业得分[MD=-1.74, 95%CI (-3.33, -0.15), P=0.033][MD=-1.17, 95%CI (-2.19, -0.15), P=0.024]。结论  专业型研究生的科研能力培养需进一步加强。对于本硕连读研究生,也应采取更个体化和更严格的培养方案,充分发挥长学制、一贯培养的优势。通过采取相应措施补齐短板,以提高研究生的培养水平。

Abstract: Objective  To understand the dissertation level of different types of  postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine, analyze the deficiencies of dissertations and their possible causes, and discuss the corresponding improvement measures, and to improve the postgraduate education level. Methods  A total of 269 graduate dissertations were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in Class 2020, and were blindly evaluated using a uniform rating scale, and the ratings were analyzed using SPSS 26 software for descriptive statistics and comparisons. Results   The total score dissertations of was 83.24±3.69. The total score of dissertations of professional degree was significantly lower than that of academic degree [MD=-5.07, 95% CI (-6.85, -3.29), P<0.001]. Full-time unified recruitment of postgraduates scored significantly higher than bachelor-master students in both basic theoretical knowledge and professional theoretical knowledge (P<0.001). There was no significant difference between the total scores of papers in internal medicine and surgery (P=0.253), however dissertations scores of both majors are lower than those of other majors [MD=1.74, 95% CI (-3.33, -0.15), P=0.033] [MD=-1.17, 95% CI (-2.19, -0.15), P=0.024). Conclusion  The cultivation of scientific research ability of professional postgraduates should be further strengthened. For them, we should also adopt more individual and strict training programs, and give full play to the advantages of long schooling and consistent training, through these corresponding measures to make up the shortcomings and improve the level of postgraduate training.
