From the perspective of the current medical education and the healthcare industry as a whole, the comprehensive quality of medical talents is the bottleneck restricting the reform and development of medical education, and how to improve the quality of medical talent training has become the top priority of medical education reform, while clinical ability and medical ethics literacy are the quality shortcomings faced by medical students. At present, many doctor-patient conflicts and the “decline” phenomenon of medical ethics are largely caused by the lack of medical ethics of medical staff, so it is extremely urgent to improve the level of medical ethics of clinical medical talents. Medical education is a special profession that involves both “education” and “health” , two important areas of the people's livelihood. In order to cultivate excellent medical practitioners with both morality and ability, it is necessary for medical schools and hospitals to realize the positive interaction of medical reform and educational reform through effective synergy, and promote the close connection of medical ethics education between medical schools and hospitals. From the perspective of medical education collaboration, this paper first expounds the significance of strengthening medical ethics education, and then analyzes the current problems of medical ethics education, then explores the path of medical ethics education, and enhances the cohesion and consistency of medical ethics education between medical schools and hospitals, so as to increase the effectiveness of medical ethics education.

The theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) comes from the “analogy and comparison”, a premise for putting forward the “hypothesis”, but it lacks the process of inference, deduction and verification. During treatment of major and emerging infectious diseases, problems such as unclear explanation of the scientific mechanism of treating diseases and lack of means for efficacy evaluation, which greatly restricts the role of TCM in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and its influence in the world academic field. Focusing on the main problems in the research field and personnel training of TCM lemology, this paper analyzes the complementary characteristics and logical relationship between the “analogy and comparison” of TCM and the “hypothesis-deduction” of modern medicine, and takes as an example that confirming the effectiveness of the concept of “preventing and reversing disease, treating before presence of symptoms” of TCM in the treatment of COVID-19, discusses how to enlighten the academic postgraduates of TCM lemology in scientific research.

Objective To explore the application effect of virtual reality technology in standardized training for residents. Methods A total of 45 standardized training doctors from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (n=22) and the control group (n=23). The control group adopted traditional theoretical teaching and experimental grouping teaching methods, while the experimental group received VR teaching method based on the theoretical teaching of the control group. After training, a comprehensive evaluation of theoretical knowledge assessment, operation score and questionnaire survey were carried out for both groups to evaluate the teaching effects. Results The theoretical knowledge assessment and operation scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The questionnaire showed that the overall satisfaction score of VR use was relatively high, especially in the sense of using VR equipment for it had a strong sense of immersion and was easy to operate, which can greatly enhance interest in learning. However, on the single question of whether VR can replace traditional teaching, it was believed that although as an emerging teaching method, VR can make up for the existing problems of traditional teaching, there are still some contents that cannot be simulated. Therefore, VR should be supplemented with traditional teaching methods rather than replace it.Conclusion VR technology increases the learning interest and the operational skills of the standardized training doctors, which is worth further research and promotion.

The teaching content of hepatobiliary surgery-related diseases accounts for a big proportion in the surgical curriculum, with various teaching forms. It is difficult for students to accept and adapt from basic courses to clinical courses. Therefore, in order to help students to adapt this change and achieve good teaching effects, it is inevitable to put forward higher requirements on teachers’ teaching ability, skills, methods. BOPPPS teaching mode is a goal-oriented, student-centered teaching mode, can better stimulate students’ interest in learning, promote students’ participation in class, and enhance the learning effect. The BOPPPS teaching mode has been used in many universities worldwide, yet the better integration of BOPPPS teaching mode and hepatobiliary surgery teaching still needs to be constantly explored and investigated. We first attempted to implement the combination of BOPPPS teaching mode and hepatobiliary surgery teaching course (abdominal injury), and used several methods, like WeChat, questionnaires, teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction to arouse students’ learning interest and initiative. The students were active in class and responded enthusiastically. After the class, they gave positive feedback to the BOPPPS teaching mode. According to students' feedback, we summarize the strengths, weaknesses and improvement measures of BOPPPS teaching mode, which will be of great help for better teaching in the future.
