Abstract: From the perspective of the current medical education and the healthcare industry as a whole, the comprehensive quality of medical talents is the bottleneck restricting the reform and development of medical education, and how to improve the quality of medical talent training has become the top priority of medical education reform, while clinical ability and medical ethics literacy are the quality shortcomings faced by medical students. At present, many doctor-patient conflicts and the “decline” phenomenon of medical ethics are largely caused by the lack of medical ethics of medical staff, so it is extremely urgent to improve the level of medical ethics of clinical medical talents. Medical education is a special profession that involves both “education” and “health” , two important areas of the people's livelihood.
