Abstract: Objective Taking Beijing Friendship Hospital medical alliance as the main body, this paper discusses the role of stakeholder groups in different modes of medical alliance, and puts forward policy suggestions for hospital medical alliance operation. Methods The stakeholder analysis method is used to clarify the interest demands, degree of interest correlation and willingness to implement policies of all stakeholders in medical alliance operation. Results The interest relation and execution intention of stakeholders in the close mode are stronger than those in other modes. Regardless of the mode, the member units, their medical staff, surrounding residents/patients have strong interest relationship and implementation intention. The interest relationship and implementation intention of medical staff in core hospitals are significantly lower than those of other stakeholders. Conclusion The interests of all stakeholders should be further satisfied to promote the smooth operation of medical alliance.
