In this study, questionnaire survey, one-on-one interview and on-site observation were adopted to evaluate the 140 positions in A hospital by using the position evaluation method, and the basic management problems of human resources were analyzed. The scores of position evaluation in A hospital are gradually decreasing, and there is no significant difference in various position evaluation of internal departments in A hospital. From internal departments in A hospital, the score of position evaluation is relatively uniform, indicating that task assignment within the department is relatively reasonable. The position evaluation contributes to enhancing the fairness of hospital salary distribution, increasing the incentive of salary, optimizing the hospital management system, and promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.
