The monitoring of teaching quality in higher education institutions is an indispensable task to learn about teaching information in time, analyze and sort out effective information, evaluate the teaching correctly, and solve the problems accordingly. Students are the witnesses of the whole teaching process, the providers of teaching information and the evaluators of teaching effects. Aiming at the problems of neglecting students’ learning demands, lacking effective channels for students’ teaching information feedback, improper handling of students’ suggestions and students’ weak ability in teaching evaluation, the educational supervisors of Harbin Medical University have developed a feedback and processing system for student teaching information, which is student-centered, with teachers, students, and management staff involved. After years of practice, it has been proved effective and guarantees the continuous improvement of teaching quality.

“Molecular biological basis of disease” is a difficult chapter in molecular biology, covering the molecular and metabolic characteristics and detection methods of clinical diseases. It poses challenges for medical sophomores. We adopted holistic integrative medicine problem-based learning to link molecules and phenotypes with the metabolic process of diseases. To make students better understand and promote students ‘interest in learning, we changed the teacher’s lecture mode into students’ lecture mode. Consequently, teaching atmosphere and teaching effects were improved.

Nursing research is a highly practical applied discipline, aiming to cultivate undergraduates’ scientific research thinking, scientific research awareness and scientific research practice ability. Practice teaching is an important part of cultivating high-quality, innovative nursing staff. The teaching reform of nursing research focuses on scientific research quality and ability training in each teaching stage, as well as integrating relevant theoretical courses and practices in curriculum setting and innovative talent training. Based on the theory of “knowledge-attitude-practice” and the concept of whole-process infiltration, this paper conceives the practical teaching process of nursing research, through innovation and integration to comprehensively and systematically improve the scientific research innovation ability and to increase the opportunities of scientific research innovation training for nursing undergraduates.

Medical adult education is an important part of medical higher education and an effective way in lifelong education. Based on the analysis of the present educational background of medical laboratory and technology practitioners in 10 hospitals in Beijing, this study revised the enrollment conditions of adult education in our university. The findings revealed that still some students need medical adult education, but in the long run, the number of students will gradually decrease. It also pointed out such problems in medical adult education as unclear educational objectives, sharp conflict between work and study, unreasonable curriculum, single teaching form. In order to promote the steady development of the medical adult education, we need to further define the educational objectives, to update the educational concept, to optimize the curriculum, to enrich the teaching methods, to promote the online education, and to explore organic combination of the adult education and the non-academic education.

Strengthening the construction of teaching faculty is of great significance to clinical colleges. The results of the teaching workload quantitative evaluation can provide suggestions to the educational administrators. After 5 years of exploration and twice revisions, our hospital has introduced a teaching workload evaluation system, covering clinical teachers’ daily teaching work, teaching performance, teaching errors and accidents, teaching evaluation, teacher training and other factors. Under this evaluation system, the teaching evaluation method is more direct, and the teaching evaluation result is more in line with the general principle. According to the comparison of the results, the factors influencing the final teaching scores are varied by years. So the teaching assessment results of this year are not only conducive to the analysis of the teaching input of this year, but also have some guiding significance for the teaching arrangement of the next year.

To explore the application and significance of position evaluation in human resource management. In this study, questionnaire survey, one-on-one interview and on-site observation were adopted to evaluate the 140 positions in A hospital by using the position evaluation method, and the basic management problems of human resources were analyzed. The scores of position evaluation in A hospital are gradually decreasing, and there is no significant difference in various position evaluation of internal departments in A hospital. From internal departments in A hospital, the score of position evaluation is relatively uniform, indicating that task assignment within the department is relatively reasonable. The position evaluation contributes to enhancing the fairness of hospital salary distribution, increasing the incentive of salary, optimizing the hospital management system, and promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.

Systematic and scientific human resource management is essential in the era of rapid development. With the deepening of public hospitals reform, the scientific management and effective encouragement of professional talents in hospitals are directly related to the development of hospitals and disciplines. The outdated, simple hospital personnel management methods and measures are difficult to meet the needs of today’s rapid development. The human resource management of hospital presents the trends of systematization, diversification and informationization. This paper discusses how to build a systematic human resource management system on the basis of the hospital’s overall information platform, and how to actively explore a scientific, standardized, comprehensive and systematic human resource management model, which is worth learning for hospital managers.
