Aesthetic education philosophy in medical student under "three complete education" background—taking School of Basic Medical Sciences, Capital Medical University as an example

Abstract: Three complete education, representing full education, whole process education and comprehensive education, illustrates a pathway of fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people in university from three dimensions. Adhering to the educational concept of leading aesthetic education by moral education and empowering moral education with aesthetic education, School of Basic Medical Sciences, Capital Medical University guides medical students to continuously enhance their inner and spiritual beauty by appreciating and experiencing greatness. We regard "morality establishment and talent cultivation" as the fundamental goal to create a new picture for aesthetic education, take "professional features" as the undertone to strengthen the new ideas of aesthetic education, insist "work integration" as the basic principle to build an innovative system of foster talent and apply "brand activities" as a crucial carrier to lead to new achievements of aesthetic task.The educational reform targets to cultivate a sense of beauty, cultivate sentiments, enlightenment, sound personality throughout the whole process of education, to promote the overall development of medical students.
