Reflections and practices of labor education in higher vocational nursing major from three spiritual perspectives

Abstract: This article explores the inherent compatibility between labor education and three spirits of model workers, labor and craftsmanship. In response to the existing problems in labor education in nursing majors in vocational colleges, the article clarifies the ideas of labor education in vocational nursing majors from the perspectives of three spirits, and formulates an implementation plan for labor education in vocational nursing majors based on the "three spirits", providing reference for the development of labor education in vocational nursing majors.
