Closed-loop management of faculty in clinical medical schools

Abstract: Clinical teachers are the backbone of ensuring the quality of clinical education and cultivating excellent medical talents.Closed-loop management of the faculty is beneficial for the implementation of various training and incentive systems, and continuously optimizing and improving through feedback. This article analyzes the current problems in clinical faculty construction, elaborates on the closed-loop management mechanism including teacher selection, training, motivation, supervision, evaluation, feedback, and exit processes, and provides suggestions for strengthening top-level design, implementing management responsibilities, and enhancing the faculty's ideological and political education, aiming to provide reference for the construction of clinical medical school's faculty.
