Cultivation problems and countermeasures of professional doctors in clinical medicine in the post epidemic era

Abstract

Abstract: The existing training mode of professional doctors in clinical medicine in China no longer meets the requirements of talent training in the collaboration of medical care and medical teaching during the post-epidemic era. Through the study of relevant national policies and literature, combined with the status quo of professional doctor training in clinical medicine in the affiliated hospital of a university, the main problems existing in the training of professional doctor in clinical medicine were summarized, and relevant countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
