Relationship between college students' innovative training programs and professional curriculum learning

Abstract: In response to the construction of an innovative country, the Ministry of Education has launched College Students' Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan Program (SIETPP). This paper summarized the relationship of Innovative Training Plan Program (ITPP) and professional curriculum learning in the major of hearing and speech rehabilitation. It also discussed the effect of ITPP on consolidating and developing technical knowledge and practices, enriching professional curriculum learning pattern. The improvement measures are put forward from university organization management, major top-level design and students in the project progress. The integration of professional curriculum learning and ITPP can give full play to professional advantages. This model provides ideas and references for training of innovative talents majored in medical technology.
