Abstract: As an advanced imaging technology, digital subtraction angiography (DSA) has important application value in vascular surgery teaching. By providing high-resolution vascular images, DSA can clearly display the anatomical structure and lesions of blood vessels, such as vascular stenosis, hemangioma, and vascular rupture, helping students to accurately identify vascular diseases and cultivate the concept of minimally invasive intervention. In addition, combined with clinical cases, DSA image interpretation teaching helps students understand the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and the therapeutic effect, which is conducive to the cultivation of clinical thinking. In short, DSA image interpretation serves as an important tool for vascular surgery teaching and promotes the organic combination of students' theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. This article discusses the application of DSA image interpretation in the teaching of vascular surgery in detail, deeply analyzes its teaching advantages, implementation methods, and relevant precautions, and looks forward to its future development trends.
