Cultivation factors of medical postgraduate education from the perspective of core literacy

Abstract: Core literacy, the basic quality of contemporary students, is the basic concept throughout medical postgraduates education and cultivation. Traditional medical education training mode failed to meet the demand of todays postgraduates’ development. This paper applies core literacy as the backbone, postgraduate’s tutors as leading group, medical postgraduates as the core target of “trinity” of medical postgraduate education training system. It explores how to cultivate excellent medical talents with medical ethics and medical skills through the school, teacher, internal and external coordination development model of postgraduates.
