    Talent training is the fundamental task of higher medical education, and it is also an important embodiment of the social functions of medical colleges and universities. The construction of talent training mode in medical colleges and universities should meet the needs of social development and the people's demand for high quality medical service. It is an important task to promote the reform and development of medical education by establishing the training mode of medical talent guided by the idea of integration of organ system. This paper analyzes the development trend of comprehensive reform of clinical medical education, explains the practical significance in carrying out the reform of training medical talent through organ-centered curriculum mode, and explores how to promote the healthy development of higher medical education, combined with the practice of reform in medical colleges.

    This paper presents the Jinzhou Medical University's research and experiences in the basic clinical integration curriculum system for the five-year undergraduate clinical medicine specialty. It aims to seek the best medical curriculum mode which would accord with the principles of higher medical education and cultivate medical students' clinical thinking and medical service ability, scientific thinking and innovation ability, interpersonal communication and team cooperation ability, independent learning and lifelong learning ability, which could improve the quality of medical talent training.

    Assessment, an important part in the university teaching, is an essential index for evaluation of the teaching quality and students’ learning outcomes in the universities.This paper analyses the drawbacks of traditional course assessment methods in universities, and argues the course assessment should be reformed in the aspect of content evaluation, mode evaluation and performance evaluation according to the nature and features of the courses. Meanwhile, continuous assessment combined with final assessment should be carried out to comprehensively evaluate the students’ knowledge, capability, quality and attitude.

    Objective To explore the application value of fragmented medical micro-learning method in clinical practice teaching. Methods Forty undergraduates were randomly assigned into experimental group(20 subjects)and control group (20 subjects), the students in experimental group used the fragmented learning method and the students in control group used the traditional learning method. The teaching effects were assessed by many methods. Results In terms of student achievement, student satisfaction survey, teachers’ questionnaire and patients’ questionnaire, the scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group. Conclusion The fragmented medical microlearning method is a new effective teaching method, and it is worth promoting in clinical teaching.

    Objective To explore the reformation of abnormal human morphology experimental testing. Methods Combining TCExam with digital microscope mutual multimedia lab, abnormal human morphology experimental testing is carried out by random sampling and online examination. Results The new test model increases the impartiality of the examination, saves time and materials, and promotes students’ autonomous learning as well. It is more efficient than traditional method, and thus more popular with the students and teachers. Conclusion TCExam online examination of abnormal human morphology is easy to operate in most of medical colleges.

    The three-orientation talent training mode has been implemented in Qiqihar Medical University since 2011,aiming to reform and imporve teachers’comprehensive abilities. It is proved successful in teacher development and teaching quality.     Clinical practice teaching is one of the most important sectors in medical education, and the teaching abilities of clinical teachers is a core element influencing the teaching quality. This paper compared the performances of teachers from 18 hospitals in the 11th teaching round competitions of clinical teachers in Sun Yat-sen University, analyzing the differences between affiliated hospitals and indirectly affiliated hospitals, general hospitals and specialized hospitals, newly founded hospitals and long established hospitals.We found problems in teaching preparation, teaching targets and clinical analysis, and proposed some constructive suggestions and methods in enhancing the teaching abilities of teachers in indirectly affiliated hospitals.

    Teaching-team building is drawing more and more attention, for it is of critical significance to develop the college English teachers’ professional skills, academic skills and personalities by means of building teaching-teams. The relationships reflected from the teaching-team building process include the relationship between the team organizers and the team members, the relationship between the team members, as well as the relationships between micro-environment, school environment and social environment the team members live in. All these are nonetheless related with the systematic feature, organic feature and dynamic balance of the team building. Guided by ecological perspectives, this paper explores the ecological factors in building the teaching-teams in the medical universities and puts forward some constructive ecological strategies, thus offering a new angle to study the teaching-team building..

    Objective To investigate the effect of narrative education on improving the cultivation of humanistic accomplishment of medical interns of directional training to Beijing suburbs. Methods The questionnaire was used to analyze and compare the effects of narrative education and traditional education. Results 86% of the students in the narrative education group felt that the classroom atmosphere was active, 95% of the students were interested in the course, and 86% could acquire the knowledge points. 90% of the students learned more from the classroom. However, the students in the control group thought that the course was boring. The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). 95% of the students in the narrative education group were interested in the doctor's profession, believing that the medicine was a noble profession and 71% of the students were confident of becoming a good doctor in the future. While only 51% of the students in the control group were willing to be the doctors, 40% of the students had confidence in being a good doctor in the future. The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The narrative education could improve the humanistic accomplishment better than traditional education on medical interns of directional training to Beijing suburbs and could be applied in clinical practice teaching.

    Objective To explore the most effective method and optimal educational model through analysis of the effect of Music Basic Knowledgeand Musical Appreciationon medical students, under limited condition and time. Methods 343 valid self-madequestionnaires were collected and related data were statistically analyzed. Results The study was found that art education is helpful to promote medical students’ metal and physical health and the cultivation of professional ethics. Conclusion Art elective course provides a platform on music exploring and plays an important role in establishing and promoting medical students’ professional ethics.

    Objective To explore the effectiveness of the experiential teaching method in a standardized training of cognitive behavior therapy. Methods We selected 60 trainees from the series of “China-Beck Cognitive Behavioral Therapy” (CBT)training programs and applied the concept of experiential teaching to the training process. The implementation process of the training included five stages: generating the interest for training, setting problem situations, inputting immersive experience, verifying through practice, summary and evaluation. We evaluated the satisfaction of teaching effectiveness and a self-made questionnaire was used to assess the effects and satisfaction of the series training in the 9 dimensions including: the form of teaching, the learning motivation of trainees, the achievement degree of the learning goal, the personal growth, etc.The response rate was 85%. Results The score of each item in the questionnaire was all above 8.00. Conclusion In CBT training, experiential teaching method can helptrainees experience, perceive and understand the transformation of cognition, emotion and behavior in the real or virtual environment, to fully arouse trainees’learning motivation, to achieve the unity of the cognition and emotion by learning. The experiential teaching method is worth recommending.

    Peripheral nerve block technique is a basic requirement for residents standardization training.Based on the training goals and requirements for producing high-level medical talents, for the first time we introduced ultrasound imaging technique into clinical teaching of peripheral nerve block in residents standardization training.We used participatory and animation simulation demonstration operation teaching methods,and have been improving operation with video feedback technology.     Objective To explore the application of multimedia-PBL integrated teaching method in clinical urology. Methods We employed the problem-based learning (PBL), students-centered multimedia teaching mode in clinical urology, We collected and analysed typical clinical cases according to the teaching outline, guided students to find relevant information before the class, to sharpen clinical thinking and to discuss and to solve problems. Finally, the teacher summarized diagnosis and treatment process of cases and designed reasonable treatment plan using multimedia resources. Resullts Application of multimedia-PBL integrated teaching method in clinical urology stimulated students’ interests in clinical work, cultivated their clinical thinking ability. Conclusion Application of multimedia-PBL integrated teaching method in clinical urology provided a good platform for the all-round development of students and actively promoted the teaching work in clinical urology.

    Beijing has comprehensively launched direct clearing of cross-province nonlocal hospitalization in basic medical insurance. As one of the first batch of pilot hospitals, the author’s hospital has been admitted to national basic medical insurance nonlocal hospitalization direct clearing system.
