Research and practice on teacher development under the three-orientation talent training mode——Taking Qiqihar Medical University as a sample

Abstract: The three-orientation talent training mode has been implemented in Qiqihar Medical University since 2011,aiming to reform and imporve teachers’comprehensive abilities. It is proved successful in teacher development and teaching quality. Our study and practice furthered research on teacher development under the three-orientation talent training mode, newly revised the evaluation index system on teacher developmentto analyze the advantages and disadvantages of teachers’development, so as to promote the all-round development of teachers.
