Analysis and countermeasures of the current situation of continuing medical educationin pediatric health technicians

Abstract: Continuing Medical Education (CME) is an important complement to traditional full-time education and also a significant part of the pediatric medical education system. It is an urgent need for the renewal of knowledge for every pediatric health technician. The General Office of the State Council issued the Notice on Key Tasks of Deepening the Reform of Medical and Health System in 2016, and put forward the tasks of strengthening pediatric personnel training and the team construction of pediatric health technical personnel. Pediatric continuing medical education,in accordance with international standards, is particularly significantin meeting the clinical needs, in training pediatric health technical personnel and in promoting the development of pediatric career. This article analyzes the current situation and trends of continuing education of pediatric health technicians and presents the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to improve the level of continuing education of pediatric personnel.
